Refund policy
Unfortunately, we do not yet accept returns. However, we understand things don’t always go to plan — so we offer a 50% refund under valid circumstances within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a partial refund, your request must include a valid reason (such as product dissatisfaction or sizing issues), and must be submitted within the 30-day window. Proof of purchase is required.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll process a 50% refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 1–4 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-refundable items
We do not accept returns. Refunds will only be considered in cases of product fault or valid customer experience concerns, and only within the 30-day window.
We are not liable for damages caused during shipping or by couriers.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The product must be in the original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
If a refund request is approved, we’ll notify you and issue a 50% refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to be processed by your bank.
